The 1000 Website Challenge ("the Challenge") is an initiative to provide free website development services to 1000 qualifying applicants. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Businesses and individuals worldwide may apply
• Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a domain name and hosting
• We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion

3. Website Development

• We will build one (1) website per approved applicant
• Basic websites include up to 5 pages and standard features
• Complex features may require additional negotiation
• Development timeline will be communicated after approval
• You must provide all required content in a timely manner

4. Ownership & Rights

• Upon completion and final payment (if any), you own the website
• We retain the right to showcase the website in our portfolio unless you opt out
• You are responsible for maintaining the website after delivery
• We may use anonymized data for case studies and marketing

5. Limitations

• We are not responsible for domain registration or hosting issues
• We don't guarantee specific SEO results or business outcomes
• Support after delivery may be limited or available at additional cost
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Challenge at any time

6. Privacy

Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By applying, you consent to receiving communications about your application.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The current version will always be available on our website.
